Petro de Luanda faces Black Bull in access to the African Champions League

Petro de Luanda, coached by Portuguese coach Alexandre Santos, will face Black Bull, from Mozambique, in the first preliminary round of access to the group stage of the African Champions League.


According to the draw held this Tuesday, in the city of Cairo, Egypt, the opening match will be played between the 9th and 11th of September, in Mozambican territory, with the second leg match taking place a week later, in Luanda. .

Both national champions for their countries, face each other for the first time.

In the last edition of the competition, Angola's Petro de Luanda reached the semi-finals, where they were eliminated by Wydad, from Morocco.

On the other hand, 1.º de Agosto starts the competition in Lusaka, against Red Arrows from Zambia.

The first leg will be played between the 9th and 11th of September, in Zambia, and a week later, the Angolans will host the Zambians, in Luanda.
