These infrastructures are the 11 de Novembro stadiums, in Luanda, Ombaka, in the province of Benguela, Chiazi, in Cabinda, Tundavala, in the province of Huila, and the multipurpose pavilions Arena do Kilamba, in the capital, Palanca Negra, in the province of Malanje and Welwitschia, in Namibe.
The director for infrastructure at the Ministry of Youth and Sports, Moisés Cabenda, said that the objective is to make the sports venues self-sustainable and explained that the public tender takes place in the form of a management and exploitation concession.
