In about three months, PAC provided 12 billion kwanzas to more than 300 projects

The chairman of the Board of Directors of INAPEM, João Nkossi, informed that, in about three months, the Restructured Credit Support Program (PAC) provided 12 billion kwanzas to finance more than 300 projects.

:

According to data provided by the official, who was speaking this Friday as part of a workshop on youth entrepreneurship, in less than three months Inapem was able to create more than 2,200 credit files, which are being "channeled to the ADB that is operationalizing this line".

"INAPEM, within the scope of operationalizing the restructured PAC, in less than three months managed to create more than 2200 credit files. These credit files are being channeled to the ADB that is operationalizing this line", he said, quoted by Rádio of Angola (RNA).

He added that "more than 320 projects have already been financed", but the goal "is to effectively pass, let's say, the 1000 projects".

"We are talking about an amount above 12 billion kwanzas, the maximum ceiling of 41 million kwanzas for each project", he added, indicating that they have "operators who are asking for less than this amount".

Cited by RNA, he also said that in addition to this initiative, they also have other initiatives, giving the example of FADA.

"In addition to this initiative, we also have FADA, for example. Often this information is public and, what is the strategy that we have in partnership with FADA, with FACRA and of course the Ministry of Economy, effectively being closer of young people, of operators, to take this message that funding is actually happening" and that there are "all these initiatives planned within the scope of promoting business activity", he said, quoted by RNA.
