IGAPE is here to "make public that, within the scope of the Privatization Program (2019-2022), from today, August 8th, the public tender for the privatization, in the form of the sale of shares, of the shares representing 30 percent of the share capital of the shares of the Bolsa de Dívida e Valores de Angola – Sociedade Gestora de Mercados Regulamentados, S.A. (BODIVA)", reads a statement from the institute, to which VerAngola had access.
IGAPE clarifies that the type of procedure to be applied in this process is the limited tender by prior qualification.
Regarding the deadline for submitting applications, they must be submitted by 11:59 pm on September 23, via email to bodiva.concurso@igape.co.ao.

"BODIVA is a public limited company, whose corporate purpose is the management of regulated markets in Angola, with emphasis on the provision of services relating to the issuance and trading of securities and other instruments, preparation, distribution and marketing of information relating to financial instruments, as well as, in the development and management of computer programs for the contracting and transmission of orders or data, within the scope of the capital market", says the note.
