The winner is a former truck driver - Sebastião da Silva Kalambuta, 46 years old - who found strength in T ́Leva soon after being fired as a result of the upheavals caused by the economic and financial crisis, exacerbated by the covid-19 pandemic.

"I heard about T ́Leva through a friend who already belonged to the company and I decided to take a risk when the leasing contract was presented to me. Today, I see my dream fulfilled," he said, in a statement sent to VerAngola.

Already with his own vehicle, Sebastião da Silva Kalambuta intends to improve the quality of life of his family: his wife and four children.

With the leasing contract signed in 2020, the head of the family has in his hands the opportunity to become a self-employed worker and start his own business in partnership with T ́Leva. With the same vehicle, he foresees a monthly invoicing between 600 and 900 thousand kwanzas.

Alongside this example, more than 20 drivers are waiting for the definitive allocation of vehicles in the coming months.

Entrepreneurs Erickson Mvezi and Wilson Ganga are pleased with the act, which aims to honor the commitment made to their employees and society. "We intend to show society the opportunity we give young people to achieve economic stability, offering them a contract that allows them to be entrepreneurs in a short period of time, also earning a salary over the months", assured the director general, Erickson Mvezi.
