António Hungulo, spokesman for CFB, said that this payment system will enable passengers to load their electronic card with money and use it whenever they want to travel.
"After obtaining the card, the passenger makes the number of trips, according to the load that he makes, without worrying about paying for the ticket during a certain period," explained the responsible, quoted by Expansão.
The CFB spokesman considered that this service will increase the number of trips made by passengers during the year.
He also made it known that this system is being tested with the aim of being applied to other trains.
