The availability was expressed by the new ambassador of Argentina in Angola, Alejandro Guillermo Verdir, after presenting the credential letter to the President, João Lourenço.
Speaking to the press, the argentine ambassador said that his country intends to relaunch cooperation with Angola, affected by the covid-19 pandemic, with already concrete proposals especially in the agro-industry, an area in which there is guaranteed experience to share.
"We are making concrete proposals of cooperation, not only traditional, regarding seeds and field, but also to give Angola satellite images that are passing over Angola, two or three times a day, and from there take images of how the fields are, the humidity conditions necessary to plant the seeds in the right place", Alejandro Verdir referred.
The head of state also received, in separate ceremonies, the letters of credence from the ambassadors of Equatorial Guinea, Nigeria, Botswana and Canada, the last two with non-resident status.
