Angolan defensive midfielder Manuel Cafumana, known as Show, is 21 and arrives in Bessa with a season of adaptation to Portuguese football fulfilled at Belenenses SAD, in the year of his debut in Europe.
In Angola, serving the 1.º de Agosto, a club he represented between 2017, while still a junior, and 2019, Show helped to win three Angolan leagues and one Angolan Cup.
This is the second Lille player on loan to Boavista, under an existing protocol between both clubs, after 19-year-old English offensive midfielder Angel Gomes, trained at Manchester United and signed by the French until 2025.
Show is the fourth booster for Vasco Seabra's squad trained for the 2020/21 season, joining Englishman Angel Gomes, 21-year-old French left-back Yanis Hamache, who lined up with Red Star Scots (on loan from Nice), and 22-year-old defender Ricardo Mangas, a former Aves sportsman.
