Central defender Kialonda Gaspar, aged 25, reached the 'tricolors' in the last season, also directly from Angola, but from Sagrada Esperança, having made a total of 33 matches for the team led by coach Sérgio Vieira, which adds up to a goal.

The amateur team, which is back in the I Liga for the first time since 2008/09, had also signed midfielders Pedro Sá (ex-Portimonense) and Léo Cordeiro (ex-Mafra), as well as striker Léo Jabá ( former São Bernardo, Brazil).

On the other hand, the 'star players' saw the departure of central defender Rui Correia (Belenenses) and striker João Silva, while they renewed their contracts with goalkeeper Bruno Brígido, central defender Miguel Lopes, midfielders Aloísio and Vitó, and also forward Kikas.

Estrela da Amadora debuts in the 2023/24 season against Portimonense, for the first phase of the League Cup, in the opponent's stronghold, on Sunday, at 8:30 pm.
