The screening took place within the scope of Centrooptico's corporate social responsibility program, with the aim of making people aware of the importance of visual health, explains a statement sent to VerAngola.
In addition to screening, Centrooptico offered optometry consultation gift vouchers that can be purchased at one of its 20 stores across the country.

During these five days of fair, FILDA visitors came to our stand looking for the products, however, this year, we only exhibited the glasses, not being possible to acquire them during this event. which means a lot to us", said José Geraldes, Centrooptico's technical director.
The center also presented, at this fair, its Corporate Program, which allows companies to provide advantages and benefits to their employees and their respective families, considering, in the words of the technical director "that visual and hearing health is not a luxury, but everyone's right".
To the companies, Centrooptico also presented individual protection glasses by zarca Honeyweel, an individual protection equipment (PPE) for eye health, as it prevents particles and other foreign elements from jumping into the eyeball and its surroundings.
Safety glasses prevent accidents at work that could cause serious eye injuries. "Our team is prepared to advise the best solution for each situation, as the protective glasses used in the chemical industry are not the same as those used in the mining industry, for example.
