The opening of the third call for proposals was approved on Wednesday, with the application period open between 19 September 2022 and 27 January 2023.
The call for proposals is aimed at central and local public administration services in Angola and at European Union institutions and agencies, with civil society organisations, 'think tanks', higher education institutes, scientific-technological centres, business organizations.
Applications will be accepted for actions in the priority areas of the Angola-European Union Joint Path agreement, a high-level political agreement signed in 2012, which provides for areas of common interest such as: Peace and Security; Good Governance and Human Rights; Economic Growth and Sustainable Development; Energy; Transport; Environmental Sustainability and Climate Change; Science and technology; and Teaching and Training.
The Technical Assistance of the European Union-Angola Dialogue Facility will support the proposing entities, in particular the Angolan public institutions, in the preparation and submission of their applications through dissemination and technical training initiatives.
The EU-Angola Dialogue Facility is a project financed by the European Development Fund, which aims to support actions promoted by Angolan and European institutions to deepen the regular exchange of knowledge and good practices in the areas defined by the Angola-European Union Joint Path.
