At issue is the forgery of the contract termination document of the athlete when he left Wiliete de Benguela, in December 2020, and, consequently, irregular registration of the player, after integration in Ferrovia.
Ferrovia was also suspended for one season for having appealed to the 4th Section of the Civil and Administrative Court of Belas District Court in Luanda, in violation of articles 46, 47 and 48 of the Sports Law, according to the federation.
The federation also explains that the club must pay a fine and compensate for the damages it caused with the requested precautionary procedure, including judicial and extrajudicial expenses.
The decision of the Jurisdictional Council of the Angolan Football Federation revokes the appeal lodged by Ferrovia do Huambo, to the Disciplinary Council of the Angolan federation, in April 2021.
The note from the federation also states that the leaders of Ferrovia allegedly involved in the case will be held criminally responsible for the alleged forgery of that document.
In protest, the president of Ferrovia of Huambo, Adriano Neto, promised this Friday to appeal to FIFA, as he believes that the club he manages acted legally, despite the Criminal Investigation Service in Luanda, have certified the forgery of the document of contract termination of the athlete.
It all started when in April 2021, the Wiliete of Benguela, the athlete's home club, presented a protest to the Disciplinary Board of the Angolan Football Federation alleging irregularity in the registration of the player.
At the time, Wiliete said that the athlete in question was registered without a contract termination agreement, requesting the removal of all points from Ferrovia.
