:

Presented to a group of entrepreneurs and journalists, the portal has as its main objective – in addition to dissemination – the selection of companies interested in establishing themselves in the area. In this way, the platform allows, from the application registration process, to carry out the constitution of land rights for industrial projects or even the licensing of construction works with the municipal administration.

According to Miguel Luís, chairman of the Pólo's Board of Directors, this digital tool aims to promote the implementation of industrial projects, analyze investment proposals, ensure the contracts and indispensable actions to obtain the surface right, as well as cooperate with the competent bodies to the construction and rehabilitation of infrastructure.

Companies interested in implementing their businesses on site will be able to benefit from a smoothing process of payments by the finances, being able to pay the surface rights in a period of four years.

Cited by Angop, the official also mentioned that the website will also facilitate research by students or those interested in the Polo and its companies.

The Viana Industrial Development Pole is an industrial project development zone that occupies a total area of 2350 hectares. The Hub's perimeter is made up of three areas under development, totaling 846 lots, where more than 500 companies operate, generating around 6,000 direct jobs.
