The consulate recommends interested parties to contact the travel agencies or TAP, clarifying that the flights back to Portugal are the responsibility of the airlines.
Angola has had its air, land and sea borders closed since 20 March, to try to contain the spread of the covid-19, but authorizes cargo flights or passenger transport that want to return to their countries on humanitarian flights.
Angolan carrier TAAG has also been connecting Luanda to Lisbon, with flights scheduled for 23, 28 and 30 July.
On Tuesday, the airline will start the repatriation of Angolans who are stranded in Portugal due to the closure of borders.
