Art and Culture Foundation and INAC launch online program on children's interests

On Friday, a program that will address the interests of children will arrive on the screens of Angolans. The project, called "Fale Connosco", is by Fundação Arte e Cultura in partnership with Instituto Nacional da Criança (INAC) and aims to help families learn more about the interests of children.

This initiative, the foundation explained in a communiqué sent to VerAngola, will provide families with more "information and recommendations regarding children's rights, as well as the role of organizations in supporting families in vulnerable and risky situations, especially at the time of covid-19".

The project consists of a live online programme that "aims to create a space for open discussion on children and adolescents".

According to the note, this project also aims to reinforce the importance that the educational arts have in the training of the little ones.

"It also proposes to bring in themes that glimpse the policies of the Reception Centres, their real role in guaranteeing the training and safety of children and adolescents", reveals the document.

Talk to us" will be broadcast live every Friday from 2pm, free of charge, on the Facebook page of the Art and Culture Foundation. However, the foundation believes that "over time, this programme will be extended to live broadcasting platforms such as Youtube, Instagram, radio and television".

The programme will also be educational: during the live broadcast of "Fale Connosco", families will be able to call or send messages and thus interact with the speakers. Contact can be made to 934 567 627 or 923 780 105.

The first program will have as central theme the "Operationalization of the SOS Denouncement Service" and will have the presence of Paulo Kalesi, general director of INAC and SOS-Child Denouncement Services, as speaker, and with the moderation of Camilo Lemos, responsible for the Communication Office of Fundação Arte e Cultura.
