The announcement was made this Tuesday by the Minister of State and Chief of Staff of the President House, Adão de Almeida, who said that from Thursday will apply different standards for territorial constituencies under sanitary fence.
This is the case of the province of Luanda and the municipality of Cazengo in Cuanza Norte, which will be under sanitary fences until 9 August.
In addition to being recommended to citizens to stay in their homes, the schedule for public services will start in these provinces from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm (and until 3:30 pm in the other provinces).
Luanda will rise from the current 75 percent of the workforce to a maximum of 50 percent, and may go up to 30 percent.
The competitions for sports training remain closed in these territories and the individual trainings are again practiced at the hours of 05:30 to 07:30 and from 17:00 to 19:00.
In this practice of individual exercise, where gatherings have been registered, from now on there will only be five people, said the minister, adding that the violation of these rules, both in the hours and in the number of people, is subject to sanction in the same monetary value, between 5000 and 10,000 kwanzas.
The new rules are foreseen in a presidential decree that takes effect from 00:00 on 9 July.
