SBA reinforces customer proximity service with the opening of a new service station in Luanda

Standard Bank of Angola (SBA) recently opened a new service point in Luanda, with the purpose of reinforcing customer service proximity and making the products and services available to private and corporate customers more accessible. The inauguration of the new service point, in the Chevron Building (Avenida Dr. António Agostinho Neto), took place last Tuesday.

:

"Our customers are at the center of everything we do. It is precisely with the mission of constantly adding value to our customers, so that they can be successful in their personal and professional lives, that we seek to be increasingly closer to them and the community itself. This new service point was 'born' with the same purpose: to offer a proximity service and an efficient experience to the customers we work with", said Cláudia Viana, executive director of SBA's Individual and Private Banking.

All existing services and products at the bank will be made available, namely, with regard to private customers: account opening; Internet banking (SB24); consumer credit; housing credit; bancassurance products; investment and savings.

The agency will be open from Tuesday to Thursday, between 9:00 am and 3:30 pm.

Present at the inauguration event of the new service point were Cláudia Viana, executive director of SBA's Individual and Private Banking, Ricardo Ferreira, from the SBA Board of Directors, Zaranyika Timothy Mugodi, executive director of Corporate and Investment Banking, Paulo Coelho, director of Private Banking, and Edilson dos Santos, director of Customer Coverage.
