Luanda stage of Argentine trade mission that will give “new impetus” to bilateral cooperation

Luanda will host, next Thursday and Friday, a multisectoral Argentine trade mission, which will be attended by around 20 companies in the fields of telecommunications, health, agribusiness, renewable energies, among others. That South American country believes that the mission will give "new impetus" to bilateral relations between both countries.

The mission has reserved meetings with national businessmen, with whom various areas of common interest will be discussed to strengthen collaboration between Angola and Argentina, according to a statement from the Embassy of Argentina in Angola, cited by Angop.

Furthermore, the mission's agenda also includes visits to national companies in the various sectors of Angola.

"Argentina is certain that the mission will give new impetus to cooperation and commercial exchange between the two countries", reads the note, cited by Angop.

According to Angop, the mission is jointly organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Trade and Worship and the Embassy of Argentina in Angola.

It should be noted that trade between the two countries has grown in the last two years, reaching a volume of around 200 million dollars last year.
