As of July, Refriango will prepare, bottle, distribute and market products under the brands of Coca-Cola, Fanta, Sprite, Minute Maid and Schweppes.
For Diogo Caldas, this milestone is "a recognition" of Refriango's industrial park, "equipped with the best technology in the industry in the world, with accredited production processes, with the ISO 22,000 international quality seal and with the only laboratories in Angola accredited by APCER ".
In a statement sent to VerAngola, the company's CEO says that this partnership will allow the strengthening and reach of Refriango's strategic pillars, which include training and specialization of staff, strengthening the portfolio of products to be offered to the market, creating new work and a greater impact of the company on the national economic sector.
For the company, the choice of Coca-Cola is a vote of confidence in the Refriango team for the development of its brands and a recognition of the technical capabilities installed in its industrial park.
"We are prepared for the future, to continue the strategy that from the beginning was, and continues to be, oriented towards the development of the country, with high quality products, adapted to consumer tastes and giving full confidence to partners so that we can work together , build this path", stated Diogo Caldas.
To face this new challenge, whose operation begins in July, Refriango reinforced its production capacity in some product formats, to guarantee market supply.
Currently, the company has a distribution capacity for the entire national territory, works with more than 6000 customers spread across the country, with about 400 trucks that ensure distribution from north to south, and with a sales force of about 300 people.
Refriango currently has one of the largest industrial complexes on the African continent with over 42 hectares, 2000 workers and 27 filling lines.
