For governor of Huambo province, Lotti Nolika was appointed, while Miguel dos Santos Oliveira was appointed deputy governor of Cabinda province for the Political and Social Sector, replacing Alberto Paca Zuzi Macosso, who was exonerated from his post at his request.
Finally, the note goes on, the President dismissed Samahina de Sousa da Silva Saúde, from the post of Secretary of State for Planning, and Ruth Mixinge, from the post of Secretary of State for Family and Women Promotion, nominating for the same positions, Milton Parménio dos Santos Reis and Elsa Maria Pires Lopes dos Santos Lourenço, respectively.
