The project, whose first stone should be laid next month, will be carried out in an area of more than 14 hectares near the Centralidade do Kilamba, in the municipality of Belas.
Speaking to Angop, the director general of the property, Linda Liu, explained that the project will also include leisure, sports and commercial areas as well as the implementation of external structures – such as drainage, electricity, piped water – and infrastructure. social services such as schools and health centers.
Speaking in the context of the 2nd edition of the Real Estate Forum, which took place last week in the capital, Linda Liu clarified that the houses will be built gradually, with the initial stage foreseeing the construction of 80 houses within a time horizon of eight months.
The official also informed, in statements to Angop, that although there is still no official date for the laying of the first stone of the referred houses, some clients have already assured the payment of more than 30 dwellings, in the area corresponding to the project.
She added that the company's future plans include replicating the same project in six condominiums in the capital.
According to the director-general of the property, the value of housing will be around between 85 and 100 million kwanzas, writes Angop.
He also classified subsidized housing credit as an asset, as it stimulates and revolutionizes the market, having guaranteed that the company has already started negotiations with some banks to arrive at the best answers for access to the loan: "We will analyze the best possible ways to facilitate access to credit and create specific packages for customers who want to buy our houses".
