In a statement made public by Jornal de Angola, Minfin states that the tender implies the conclusion of a contract, under the terms of the Public Contracts Law, with an execution period of 10 months.
According to the ministerial body, the award criterion "is the most economically advantageous proposal", taking into account the factors set out in the parts of the procedure, estimated at 250,000 kwanzas, available on Minfin's public procurement portal.
The public tender for the contract for the completion of the construction of the car park at the headquarters of the Ministry of Finance, located in the center of the capital, runs until 2 May.
