The diplomat is, since Thursday, in Bié, conducting a 48-hour visit. The news about the availability of the funds was given during a visit to the construction works of the International University of Kwanza, which is being built in Kwanza and has the cooperation of Spain.

The university will consist of 14 buildings, capable of housing 12,000 students. However, in this first phase only six buildings are being erected.
