"The first 17 interns come from Agostinho Neto University (UAN), Catholic University of Angola (UCAN), Integrated Center for Technological Training (CINFOTEC), Higher Institute of Administration and Finance (ISAF) and Institute of Telecommunications (ITEL), and will formally begin their internship at TAAG on March 25, 2025", reads the note.

This Wednesday was marked by a "symbolic welcome session for the interns of the 'TakeOff with TAAG' program, who were received by the president of the Executive Committee of TAAG, Nelson Rodrigues de Oliveira, and by the administrator of the Legal and Human Capital Department, Neide Teixeira, who highlighted the company's commitment to contributing to the development of local talent and fostering new professionals for the civil aviation sector in particular".

"At the same time, the interns followed an integration plan that included familiarization with the company's facilities, namely the One Metrópolis building in Talatona, the New Headquarters and the other TAAG spaces located at Dr. António Agostinho Neto International Airport", the company further explains.

Interns will join different departments of the company, specifically support and management areas; operations; and market and customer service.

"The intern selection process remains active, and new groups will be incorporated until the end of the first phase of the program", which plans to provide a total of 60 vacancies for curricular and professional internships at the company.

TAAG also says that this program reflects its commitment "to strengthening the bridge between the academic sector and the professional market, preparing future specialists for the aviation industry, providing practical know-how, specialized mentoring, training sessions and networking opportunities with experienced professionals."
