According to the latest bulletin from the Ministry of Health (Minsa), of the 105 cases reported since Tuesday, 70 were recorded in the province of Luanda, the epicentre of the disease that has now spread to 13 national provinces.
In the last 24 hours, 4 deaths were recorded, out of a total of 215, with the age group most affected being 2 to 5 years old, with 936 cases and 40 deaths, followed by the group aged 10 to 14 years old, with 795 cases and 15 deaths.
There are currently 114 people hospitalised with cholera, an infectious disease associated with poor hygiene conditions and poor water quality.
