Furthermore, the project, which is scheduled for completion next year, will also have 215 parking spaces.

According to a statement sent to VerAngola, the building, whose architectural design was carried out by Sua Kay Arquitectos, "is being built by Omatapalo – Engenharia e Construção, S.A., occupying a total area of around 39,000 square meters".

"Exclusivity, luxury, innovation, comfort and superior quality are some of the characteristics of this project, which is unique in the city and will certainly provide different and unique experiences of leisure, work and housing, in the most noble area of Luanda", said Mário Passos, commercial coordinator of the project.

Quoted in the statement, Mário Passos added that "Orizon Tower, like the rest of Investimo's projects, as well as those of its subsidiaries, thus constitutes a lifestyle proposal, with all aspects, from architecture to interior design, competing for the same purpose: providing a unique experience and simultaneously valuing our customers' investment."

According to the statement, "this is the first building in the iconic Parcel A, part of the Luanda Bay rehabilitation project, located at its entrance and adjacent to the Port of Luanda".
