The Angolan fishing vessel "Lucimar", with 12 crew members on board, including a Portuguese, captain of the vessel, 15 Angolans, two Senegalese and a South African, was detained by the Namibian authorities, 12 miles from the waters of that neighboring country which borders Angola.
The first hearing was held on January 19th and, in addition to the captain, two other crew members of Angolan and South African nationality will face court proceedings.
