Bento Kangamba promised to announce the decision, among other things, at a press conference scheduled for Tuesday.
In the space of two weeks, the Angolan Football Federation (FAF) punished Kabuscorp do Palanca with the subtraction of six points in Girabola, for contractual breaches, namely with the Portuguese coach Paulo Torres and his assistant Rui Oliveira.
In July 2021, the FAF confirmed Paulo Torres, who claimed from Kabuscorp a debt valued at 29.3 million kwanzas, plus 2000 euros.
The club must also pay six million kwanzas to Portuguese physical trainer Rui Oliveira.
The club has had numerous debts to settle with former coaches and players for several years now.
On 18 February 2022, the FAF banned Palanca's Kabuscorp from signing up new players for breach of contract with Serbian Zaran Maki, who coached the club between 2012 and 2014, after having already taken three points from the team in January of the same year, also for breach of contract with former goalkeeper José Delgado 'Elber'.
In 2019, after intervention by FIFA, businessman Bento Kangamba's team was relegated to the third division of Angolan football, for breach of contract with Brazilian international footballer Rivaldo, as well as with Congolese Trèsor Mputo.
