The FAF again made an 'ultimatum' to the Angolan club to pay the debts, in full, in 30 days, under penalty of the football team relegation of division.

The decision came after the Portuguese coach, in statements to Lusa, on February 15, said that the management of the club Kabuscorp do Palanca had not yet paid its debt, which has been going on since 2019.

In July 2021, the Angolan Football Federation gave reason to Paulo Torres, who claimed a debt valued at 29.3 million kwanzas, plus 2,000 euros.

The club must also pay six million kwanzas to Portuguese physical trainer Rui Oliveira.

On February 18, the FAF banned Palanca's Kabuscorp from registering new players for breach of contract with Serbian Zaran Maki, the club's former coach from 2012 to 2014, after having withdrawn three points in January of the same year, also for breach of contract. contract with former goalkeeper José Delgado 'Elber'.

The club has had numerous debts to settle with former coaches and players for several years now.

In 2019, after intervention by FIFA, businessman Bento Kangamba's team was relegated to the third division of Angolan football, for breach of contract with Brazilian international footballer Rivaldo, as well as with Congolese Trèsor Mputo.
