Covid-19: country with nine new cases and no deaths in the last 24 hours

The country recorded, in the last 24 hours, nine new cases, zero deaths and four recoveries, according to the epidemiological bulletin of the National Directorate of Public Health, released this Monday.


The new cases were reported in the provinces of Luanda (7), Huíla (1) and Zaire (1), in patients aged between 19 and 45 years, five males and four females.

In the same period, no deaths were recorded.

The bulletin also reports that four recoveries were reported, of which three in Luanda and one in Benguela.

The laboratories processed 1547 samples by RT-PCR, with a daily positivity rate of 0.6 percent.

With the most recent data, the country has a total of 98,741 cases, of which 161 are active, 1,900 have died and 96,680 have recovered.
