The governor, who was speaking this Tuesday in Luanda during the conference to launch the third edition of ANGOTIC 2020, also reported that representatives of RT Africa and the International Telecommunications Union will attend the event.
"This arises in the context of partnerships with other international events with a view to internationalization of ANGOTIC," said the governor, adding that at the national level the primacy will be for speakers from the interior of Angola.
For her part, Emília Dias, administrator of Infrasat, a business unit of Angola Telecom, pointed out the need for the emergence of more startups, emerging companies, during the Forum, which this year will create an investment center.
According to the responsible, the investment center ANGOTIC 2020 will allow entrepreneurs to make small financing for technological projects of start-ups that can be implemented in large companies interested.
"There will also be the part of a support centre for the entrepreneur, in which the idea and the whole process of creation and legalisation come with the idea, and a training centre with more technical training in robotics and programming", she assured.
This year the Global Forum and Exhibition of Information and Communication Technologies will take place in the Special Economic Zone Luanda-Bengo, located in the municipality of Viana, south of the capital.
The event is expected to bring together more than 10,000 participants, including nationals and foreigners.
