When creating the anthem, whose production features the signature of C4 Pedro together with Lil Saint and Tati Samed, the aim was to mark the team's journey in the competition, as well as pay homage to the Palancas Negras and generate affection with the fans, writes Platinaline.
The lyrics are an encouragement to the team, which this Friday will fight for a place in the semi-finals. "Strength Angola" and "our time has come" are some of the phrases that make up the chorus.
Throughout the song, the different voices of Matias Damásio, Anna Joyce, C4 Pedro, Noite e Dia, Biura and Prodígio can be heard, who sing lyrics in support of Palancas Negras.
According to the project representative, the anthem is expected to inspire the team and "move all Angolans".
"We are looking forward to seeing the Palancas Negras shine on the field and we hope that this anthem inspires them and moves all Angolans", said Cervantes, representative of the project, quoted by Platinaline.
