According to Jornal de Angola, this Monday the proposal for an Anti-Doping Law in Sports was also approved, and the diplomas will be sent to the final global vote on 24 February.
The proposed Law to amend National Police Posts and Badges provides for the creation of badges for second-in-commands.
According to the Minister of the Interior, Eugénio Laborinho, quoted by Rádio Nacional de Angola (RNA), the changes suggested in the diploma "are limited to changing the color of the insignia and the thread embroidery, from silver to gold, as well as competence to propose the appointment and promotion of commissioners and superiors of the national police".
"This change aims to make the badges for the post of general commissioner and chief commissioners better differentiated as second general commanders, as occurs in some countries", added the minister.
In turn, the document on anti-doping in sport aims to create a legal regime against doping.
