At issue is the invasion of the pitch by supporters in the game between the Angolan team, led by Portuguese Pedro Gonçalves, and Egypt, led by Carlos Queiroz, in the fifth round of qualifying for the 2022 World Cup.

The invasion occurred due to the presence on the field of the Egyptian player Mohamed Salah, from Liverpool, in a match played on 12 November 2021, at the 11 de Novembro stadium, in Luanda.
Angola failed to qualify for Mundial2022, finishing in the last position of group F, with five points.
