The greatest number of cases was found in the province of Luanda (727), followed by Cabinda (322), Luanda Norte (302), Huíla (141), Moxico (124), Huambo (87), Namibe (86), Lunda South (66), Benguela (49), Bié (45), Uíge (11) and Malanje (10).
The bulletin reports that the new cases were registered in patients aged between one month and 89 years, with 1073 males and 897 females.
In the last 24 hours, 11 deaths were reported, of which nine were men and two women, in the provinces of Luanda (8), Malanje (2) and Moxico (1).
In the same period there were also 2192 recoveries, of which 1746 in Luanda, 230 in Cabinda, 195 in Huambo, 15 in Huíla, four in Benguela and two in Lunda Sul.
The laboratories processed 4005 samples by RT-PCR with a daily positivity rate of 49.2 percent.
With the most recent data, the country has a total of 86,636 cases, of which 17,370 are active, 1789 deaths and 67,477 recovered.
