Speaking during a meeting with the President of the Republic, João Lourenço, which took place last Friday, in Luanda, Ahmed Bin Sulayem made it known that, in response to this intention, João Lourenço asked the company for a "concrete plan on cooperation in all areas expressed".
According to the CEO of DP World, cited in a CIPRA statement to which VerAngola had access, the aforementioned plan "will be made and sent afterwards".
Making it known that the company has projects in the fields of logistics and connectivity, Bin Sulayem also said that the meeting with João Lourenço also served to congratulate him "on the development of the country and the importance of the Lobito Corridor, which has become more visible now with the visit of North American President Joe Biden", says the note.
Mention that DP World concerns a multinational logistics company based in Dubai (United Arab Emirates), being "specialized in cargo logistics, port terminal operations, maritime services and free zones".
