Under the motto "A Magia do Verde", the initiative featured various activities, such as music, dance, games, among others.

However, not everything was just games and, according to Angop, the children learned about topics related to environmental preservation, such as the concept of the three R's (Reduce, Recycle and Reuse) which is linked to recycling. Furthermore, among the lessons learned, what stands out is the fact that they learned how to create ecological and organic gardens using small pots, old tires, among others.

The Maiombe Forest was also in the spotlight, with the little ones coming into contact with some examples of the flora of that forest, as well as drawings of the fauna.

On the occasion, the First Lady of the Republic addressed the little ones saying it was important to believe in their dreams. "If we think about good things, positive things happen," she said, quoted by Angop.

Ana Dias Lourenço also took the opportunity to challenge the little ones, who ended up accepting the proposed challenge. According to Angop, the challenge consists of everyone taking seeds and plant seedlings to the center or school to create small gardens, which will be monitored, with a prize being awarded to the most beautiful.

Thanking all participants for their presence, the President of the Republic took the opportunity to recall that the Presidential Palace is not just the President's house, but rather "the people's house, the house of all Angolans".

Quoted by Angop, João Lourenço wished the little ones a happy holidays.

Already using social media, João Lourenço left a message about this festive season.

"Love, tolerance and solidarity are qualities that have always characterized Angolans, in different circumstances. Peace and forgiveness are the hallmarks of Angola, you could say," he wrote on his official Facebook page.

"My words of appreciation go to the law enforcement and security forces who, during the festive season, have the responsibility of neutralizing any attempt to disturb collective tranquility. Peace in the family, peace on the road and peace in the community!", he added.

It should be noted that the governor of Cabinda, Mara Quiosa, and the Minister of Education, Luísa Grilo, were also present at this Wednesday's party.
