The announcement came through a joint statement with the channel, where personal reasons are alleged to justify the decision. However, according to Platinaline – which claims to have exclusive information – the decision came from the presenter herself, who saw ZAP Viva management accept her request, after proposing to end the contract.
However, her departure could have a new impact. Platinaline says that Stela Carvalho could be on her way to RTP, in a possible beginning of a new stage of her life in Portuguese lands.
