According to a statement sent to VerAngola, Miss Angola "has dedicated herself tirelessly to preparations for the contest, undergoing rigorous training and working in close collaboration with a team of professionals specialized in beauty, fashion and communication".

Her "determination to represent Angola in the best way possible, promoting the country's culture, natural beauty and resilient spirit, is evident", adds the note.

In addition to seeking to win the Miss Universe crown, Bárbara Coimbra also has the mission of "highlighting issues relevant to Angola and the world".

Thus, Miss Angola wants to use "her platform as an empowered voice to raise issues such as agriculture, education and gender equality, working to make a difference in her community and beyond borders", reads the statement.

In the international beauty contest, the representative of Angola will face "talented and inspiring opponents from all over the world, each representing the beauty and strength of their respective nation", says the statement, which adds that it will be "a battle of grace, charisma and confidence", and Bárbara Coimbra is "ready to give her best and leave an indelible mark" in the competition.

Remember that Bárbara Coimbra was 'colored' Miss Angola Universe 2023 in July this year. From Benguela, the young woman replaced Swelia António who won the 2022 edition.
