The Secretary of State for Oil and Gas, José Alexandre Barroso, and the Secretary of State for Forest Resources, André Moda, were also present at the opening ceremony.
At the event, which takes place in the Luanda-Bengo Special Economic Zone (ZEE), in Viana, and will run until next Sunday, December 11th, 156 exhibitors from the country's 18 provinces will participate.
According to a note from the Ministry of Economy and Planning, to which VerAngola had access, the event proposes "to bring together producers, commerce and distribution operators, service providers, industrialists, connect entrepreneurs and partners, in a same environment of exhibitions of innovation and valorization of the production of national origin".
The note also mentions that Expo Feito em Angola concerns "a multisectoral platform for the promotion and promotion of national production, as part of the policy of diversifying the economy, adopted by the Executive".
This Wednesday, the official opening session takes place under the theme "The Role of Entrepreneurial Women in National Production" and a lecture on "Angola's Agro-industrial and Commercial Potential", among other activities, is also scheduled.
There are also buses to visit the ZEE, whose schedules can be consulted on the site of the event as well as the complete program and other information.
