The nurse also indicated that "this is a random campaign for any and every municipality in the Kilamba district that wants to know their serological situation.
The team is able to perform 200 tests per day, the note said.
The campaign started in Kilamba, but will be extended to Quenguela, Morro dos Veados, Ramiros, Vila Verde and Cabolombo.
The team is composed of five technicians and, according to the communiqué, they believe that the initiative can help determine whether or not the Luanda sanitary fence should be lifted.
Murtala Marta, administrator of the urban district of Kilamba called on the townspeople to participate in the campaign, stressing that it is free.
