The information was advanced in a press release issued by the Civil House of the President of the Republic. The document states that João Domingos Silva Constantino, appointed in October 2017, was dismissed at his request. Instead, was appointed by the President of the Republic João Pedro da Cunha Lourenço, who will perform the functions attached to the Creative Industries of the Ministry of Culture.
The head of government also exonerated two provincial deputy governors, in this case from Bengo, who had also held public office since October 2017. António Martins, responsible for the Political, Social and Economic sector and Domingos Guilherme, for the Technical and Infrastructures left the Government. In their replacement came José Francisco Bartolomeu Pedro and Agostinho da Rocha Fernandes da Silva.
