The determination of Angolans to demonstrate that they are a "people cut out to win" is evident in the Angolan pavilion, considered the head of state.
"It is evident in our facilities, the determination to show the world that we are a people suited to overcome, overcome obstacles and move forward, even when faced with adverse circumstances, such as those that the covid-19 pandemic imposed on us and on everyone in the world," he said.

João Lourenço also took the opportunity to appeal to the need to conserve the environment, with a view to contributing to the sustainability of the planet.
He also called the city of Dubai a positive example of healthy coexistence between the past and the future, the traditional and the modern, always with a focus on sustainable development.
João Lourenço also congratulated the population of the UAE on the celebration of the 50th anniversary of the creation of the State, praising the "wisdom and vision" of the founding leaders of the UAE, who knew how to "correctly invest" oil revenues, making the desert "a modern and developed country that attracts investors and tourists".
