Highlighting that João Lourenço, as champion of peace (appointed by the African Union), has played a relevant role in the stabilization of Africa, the holder of the Foreign Affairs portfolio – in statements to Angop, on the occasion of the third Luanda Biennale, which is running until Friday – also said that the culture of peace must be discussed, continuously, according to in-depth work with a pedagogical nature, so that it can be implemented in everyday life.

The minister also mentioned that "the most solid trait of union that unites nations is culture", and also took the opportunity to defend the fact that there is a need for a perfect union to seek stabilization linked to the peace agenda of the United Nations, Union African and country.

Quoted by Angop, Téte António also considered that a culture of prevention must be established in Africa, as war "is born in people's mentality". Therefore, he added, there is a need for more events like the biennial.

Tulinabo Mushingi, ambassador of the United States of America in Angola, also considered that Angola is an important actor in the pacification of Africa, and the biennial reflects this commitment, writes Angop.
