In a first phase, exploration and management contracts will be signed for a period of five years, with an option to buy afterwards. The privatization will focus on a total of 24 projects, divided between stores and supermarkets, and located in 15 provinces in the country, with emphasis on Luanda, which has eight brand spaces.
The competition is open to national investors "duly qualified for the purpose", who must submit their applications to the IGAPE, from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm.
The privatization of the Nosso Super network is also part of a project of the Executive called "Program for the Restructuring of the System of Logistics and Distribution of Essential Products to the Population", whose main objective is the modernization of the national commercial network, and simultaneously, the creation of new business opportunities.
