Kinda Home promotes sale of baskets made by mothers from Cuanza Sul

This Christmas, Kinda Home and the Cuerama Foundation want to give a smile and a helping hand to those who give of themselves, so that they can have a present and a better future. Thus, the store will start selling handmade products made by women from Cuanza Sul, helping to educate about five hundred children in the province.

The Kinda Home project in partnership with the Cuerama Foundation, was christened as 'Mission Kiama' and aims to help countless families in the province of Cuanza Sul.

The Cuerama Foundation has existed since 1968 and is located in Aldeia Cuerama, a town in the Comuna do Gungo / Lonhe, 136 kilometers from Quibala Municipality and 350 kilometers southeast of Luanda.

The foundation's work is notorious, so its mission is to work to enhance local “know-how”, creating the basic structures in order to encourage human rights, integral development and the quality of life of people and communities in situations of extreme poverty, through the promotion of education, health and income generation and entrepreneurship mechanisms at all stages of life, explains a statement sent to VerAngola.

In order to build this partnership, Kinda Home has available to its customers baskets made by moms from Cuanza Sul, who struggle to give their children a better life. The customer of the store, when purchasing a basket of the mission, is "sowing smiles for an entire province", and this is what moves the 'Kiama Mission'.

When visiting the stores of Kinda Home Viana, Kinda Home Nova Vida and Kinda Home Kilamba, everyone can contribute to this cause.
