In a statement, to which VerAngola had access, INAGBE informs that registrations began last week, especially on October 8th, and that they will remain open until the end of October, in a process that is carried out online.
"The application submission process is done online and lasts twenty-four days", says INAGBE, which adds that candidates must submit the application through its portal (www.inagbe.gov.ao).
Among the requirements, INAGBE states that candidates must have nationality.
In the case of graduation, candidates must be "aged no more than 25 years and no more than 35 years for candidates with disabilities"; be enrolled and studying the first or second year "of an undergraduate course at a Higher Education Institution (HEI) and not be repeating the year for which they are applying"; "not hold an academic degree for which you are applying for the scholarship" and still have "successful or meritorious academic achievement".
For postgraduate studies, candidates must have permanent residence in the country; be "studying a master's or doctorate level at a legally recognized HEI in the national territory"; have an "average equal to or greater than 14 points in the undergraduate degree for candidates for master's programs, likewise, have an average equal to or greater than 14 points in the master's degree for candidates for doctoral programs"; have an average of "16 points at graduation, for candidates who intend to enter directly into the doctoral program, without going through the master's program" and also have "an age of no more than 35 years for candidates at the master's level and no more than 45 years of age to the doctoral level".
Regarding the calendar of the process, in addition to the application submission phase, the pre-selection phase is scheduled between 1 and 8 November, the publication of the results of pre-selected candidates on 12 November, the signing of contracts between 18 November and December 18th and, finally, the processing of subsidies from December 23rd.
