In a few days we will speak more appropriately about these matters and others of national interest in the State of the Nation address to the members of the National Assembly and to the entire Nation", he said in statements quoted by Rádio Nacional de Angola (RNA).

According to the AN statement, the opening programme also includes "the presentation of a welcome message", which will be delivered by Carolina Cerqueira.
