If you are a nature lover, Liapeca Island can be the ideal place to visit. Filled with trees, plants and various animals, this island is 32 kilometers from the city of Menongue, province of Cuando Cubango.
Most of the access road is in good condition, with about six kilometers being a trail passing through some places where the water passes.
The island is bathed by the River Cuebe and is recommended for picnics and other activities.
