National coach calls up 16 athletes for the women's handball World Cup in Spain

Coach Felipe Cruz summoned, in Luanda, 16 athletes for the 25th edition of the Senior Women's Handball World Cup, to be played from December 1st to December 19th, in Spain.

At the World Cup, the national team makes its debut against France, on December 3, at 6 pm, two days later it will face the Montenegro counterpart, at 8:30 pm, and closes the group stage against Slovenia, on December 7th, at 6 pm .

The Angolan coach recognizes that the group is difficult. "I think we were in an extremely difficult group. The last time we played with Montenegro we took a beating. It's difficult, but it's not impossible. We have to prepare well to try to surprise our opponents," said Felipe Cruz.

Among the absences, highlight for Natália Bernardo and Azinaide Carlos.
